Program – Groups

2 hours per week during 8 weeks + 2h individual consulting to be used at the participant’s discretion + online practices.

Program – 1 to 1

90 minutes per week during 8 weeks, following either the 8 weeks plan or a customization, choosing the themes that best adapt to you.

I really liked the program, its structure, the fact it was a small group as it made possible to be more intimate, personal and adapted to the group despite its heterogeneity. I even believe that the differences of the elements of the group, with their different views and postures, and different styles is beneficial.
