What is it?
Recognizing emotions in themselves and knowing how to handle them takes workers to a new level of conscience and makes them calmer and more effective and what they do.
Furthermore it facilitates relationships with others.
This program involves a strong practical component, via interaction with other colleagues, or through the participation of several games and activities on their day-to-day.
