Mindful Gym

What is it?

After the Corporate Mindfulness program, just like any other type of training, it’s necessary to practice. Nobody will become “fit” just by learning how exercises are executed, or by reading a lot about marathons. You have to run!

Likewise, your mind needs practice, and after learning several tools it’s time to put them in action weekly.

Estúdio da Alma has prepared, in a company-exclusive format, the Mindful Gym whose goal is the practice of Mindfulness through practical exercises, so as to:

  • Promote the creation of Mindfulness habits on the day-to-day;
  • Implement the maintenance of these habits.

These sessions are not sequencial, and can be joined whenever the opportunity arises.

Weekly structure:

  • Arrival
  • Theme of the week
  • Exercises
  • Closing
