What is it?
Likewise, your mind needs practice, and after learning several tools it’s time to put them in action weekly.
Estúdio da Alma has prepared, in a company-exclusive format, the Mindful Gym whose goal is the practice of Mindfulness through practical exercises, so as to:
- Promote the creation of Mindfulness habits on the day-to-day;
- Implement the maintenance of these habits.
These sessions are not sequencial, and can be joined whenever the opportunity arises.
